Hotel was clean and popular. Although some of the staff were poor, I had a such great stay. Rooms with extra space. It was in a central setting close to center of town.

I loved staff and location and extremely comfy bed. Hotel was perfectly clean. The venue itself was in a shopping area. Again, the hotel was relatively close to smoky mountain trains museum

Particularly nice view, everything was excellent. Non-smoking room, warm breakfast. Staff was absolutely amazing, we liked it. The location was cool, a 10-15 minute walk from Swain County Heritage Museum. Service was friendly there too.

Everything was great! I loved the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The food was great, especially a continental breakfast. The hotel had a central location and it was an easy walk to Island Park.

good value for price, top-notch service. the hotel was cozy, as for me everything was wonderful. near an amazing beach. the room was very fairly good, lovely bed.

I loved the hotel. Property was fairly clean, rooms were spotless and affable staff. The hotel was a decent base for enjoying an extremely nice area. Again, it had easy access to the great smoky mountains railroad. And it also had astonishing view👍

Neat really modern hotel in every way. The bed was very comfy and the room was functional. Everyone were eager to help, very courteous staff. Fresh snacks and afternoon tea in the cafe bar. Green garden and brilliant pool.
Wi-Fi was quite slow.
